i love acnefree. it’s like proactive, but yeah. and yes, eating healthy helps a LOT. be sure to drink a lot of water, eat right, and get enough sleep

Honestly when it comes to skin… everyones skin is different, so a product may work for someone else and not you… also heredity plays a factor in the acne game… the best this is just to gradually try different products.. I’m sure you will eventually find one that you like…
i use proactive and it does work but it might be that you havn’t been using it long enough or missing too many days of not washing your face, also the mask works really well and what i do is i put it all over my face just in case and it’s working if i didn’t use it people would probably mistake my face for the moon. plus i havn’t used it but iv’e heard somthing like thermaclear or somthing like that works but it’s kinda pricey
Yeah, your diet plays a role in acne. Eating a healthy diet, EXCERCISING, and washing your face twice daily is the main key to a clear face. Pro-active works well if you use it day and night but as soon as you stop using it, your acne comes back. Thats why they tell you in the booklet to excercise and eat healthy. You should drink a good amount of water too.
