  5. NintendoArielle says:

@rafygarcia Yeah, I’ve seen Super Size Me. Nasty truth, there. :x Anyway, I concur that eating healthfully is a step in the right direction; I’ve heard that some nutritionists believe that a diet full of veggies helps a lot. I do consume a lot of antioxidants, but I think the main reason my skin is improving now is because of the two prescription medications I’ve been taking (Clarifoam EF and Tazorac). I’m 19, so I also know about adult acne firsthand. It’s definitely painful to deal with! :(

  6. rafygarcia says:

@rafygarcia drastic measures for you to get your body back into its natural state, don’t you think?

Then and only then, when you have gotten yourself there, you can start to enjoy “junk foods” once in a while, as long as your body has more than enough “antioxidants” to help it compensate for all the “free radicals” from the junk foods.

Again I’m no expert or Doctor, but thats what my years of learning and teaching this stuff was proved to be inline with the way an adult should take care….

  7. rafygarcia says:

@NintendoArielle I do agree with you completely. I was explaining, that your body just like a car that needs to be maintained, your body works in a similar fashion.

Think about this, have you ever seen the movie Super Size Me?

That guy ate nothing but fast food, and what did his body start to do after a couple weeks if not sooner, I don’t remember the time frame, when illness started to show in his body.

Well As an adult who has been dealing with adult acne for over a year, you gotta take…

  8. NintendoArielle says:

@rafygarcia You might be mistaken as to junk foods causing breakouts. While eating healthfully might make a difference in one’s skin due to the antioxidants, salt/sugar/fat content isn’t nearly as large a factor as genetics. People used to say chocolate caused breakouts, but now scientists recognize it as a myth.

  9. NintendoArielle says:

@TaurusType I think it’s a myth that certain foods “cause” breakouts. If you eat healthfully, then you might see some improvement (perhaps due to the antioxidants). But otherwise, things like chocolate and potato chips aren’t a key factor in acne breakouts.

  10. PrescriptionSeven says:

awesome! i try to be the most insecure person in the world.

  11. rafygarcia says:

    @TaurusType Hey What’s up?

Okay, So to answer your question, Yes and No… Yes it is different for many, and No because there are some foods and ingredients that react differently to one person as to another.

Foods, well JUNK foods are primary what most of us need to look out for, they are the ones with the least nutritional value, those that are “empty calories”

These foods are usually high in Salt, Sugar and fat content, and with all of the above too.

    Any thoughts?

    Raffy Garcia

  12. TaurusType says:

@rafygarcia Yes, I was referring to natural SKIN oil, sorry lol.

And yes that is a good point. Do you know what kinds of foods cause breakouts? Or is it different for everyone?

  13. IamInYourClosett says:

    @rafygarcia quit mailing me.

  14. rafygarcia says:

@PrescriptionSeven lol, thanks for hating it only makes you look insecure.

  15. rafygarcia says:

@IamInYourClosett wonder where this person is now, and how there dealing with there insecurities.

  16. rafygarcia says:

@458237 Hey, how did it go with your Appointment, and more importantly what kind of results are you having now, please let us know as it could help others who might be also considering doing whatever it is that you did.

    Thanks

    Raffy Garcia

  17. rafygarcia says:

@TaurusType Hey that is a great point, I hope you were referring to natural skin oil, well if that is the case, then yes it is, but again, everyone out there has a unique balance. What I’m focusing on is adults over 18 years of age who have been dealing with acne for more than a year straight, and showing them that maybe its not just about what cleanser you use or what lotion, and if it has to have spf in it. But more on what if some of the foods that you are eating are making you break out?

  18. TaurusType says:

This treatment will rid acne but at what cost? Natural oil is a nice thing to have… I dunno, what’s your take on it, rafygarcia?

  19. rafygarcia says:

Hey, thank you, and by no means was I implying that I’m expert, although I do have people who would argue that.

But in the end I’m happy that I made you laugh, enjoy your day, and you have beautiful skin!

    nice job, you sound proper.

  23. IamInYourClosett says:

@rafygarcia what are you talking about? im saying that clenziderm works good and recommending it to people looking at your video. i am not trying to be funny. i dont see where you found the humor out of my previous comment.

  24. JonDeth says:

It’s not my case, it’s my reference to the most popular practices of the dermatology industry. There’s nothing to prove, these are FDA approved treatments.

You however are the one making a claim with no sound evidence. No government approval, no industry backing.
You’re the one with the case in need of resolution.

Feel free to provide your evidence.

  25. rafygarcia says:

LOl, hey you could pass as a comedian… might want to look into that as some source of income.

    Thanks
